Leviticus 5:11-13 - If You Cannot Afford Two Mourning Doves
11 "'And yet if he be not able to bring two turtle doves or two young pigeons, then let him bring his offering for his sin: the tenth part of an ephah of fine flour for a sin offering, but put none oil thereto neither put any frankincense thereon, for it is a sin offering. 12 And let him bring it to the priest, and the priest shall take his handful of it and burn it upon the altar for a remembrance to be a sacrifice for the LORD: that is a sin offering. 13 And let the priest make an atonement for him for his sin - whatsoever of these he hath sinned - and it shall be forgiven. And the remnant shall be the priest's, as it is in the meat offering.'"
