John 7:1-5 - Jesus' Brothers Do Not Believe In Him

1 After these things Jesus continued to travel about in Galilee, for he did not wish to go about in Judea, because the Jews kept trying to kill him. 2 When the time of the Jewish feast of Tabernacles drew near, 3 his brothers said to him. "Leave here and go into Judea, so that your disciples also may behold the works which you are doing. 4 "For no one ever does anything in secret if he himself seeks to be known publicly. If you are performing these signs, show yourself openly to the world." 5 For even his own brothers did not believe in him.
