Matthew 26:14-16 - Judas Arranges To Betray Jesus

¹⁴ Then one of the twelve, the one called Judas Iscariot, going to the high priests, ¹⁵ said, "What are ye willing to give me, and I will deliver Him up to you?" And they paid him thirty pieces of silver. ¹⁶ And from that time he was seeking an opportunity to deliver Him up.

¹⁰ And Judas Iscariot, one of the twelve, went away to the high priests, that he might deliver Him up to them. ¹¹ And they, hearing it, rejoiced, and promised to give him money. And he was seeking how he might conveniently deliver Him up.

³ And Satan entered into Judas, the one called Iscariot, being of the number of the twelve; ⁴ and, departing, he consulted with the high priests and captains, how he might deliver Him up to them. ⁵ And they were glad, and covenanted to give him money. ⁶ And he agreed, and was seeking an opportunity to deliver Him up to them, in the absence of a multitude.
