Matthew 25:31-46 - The Judgment Of The Sheep And The Goats

"And, when the Son of man cometh in His glory, and all the angels with Him, then will He sit on the throne of His glory; 32 and there will be gathered before Him all the nations; and He will separate them one from another, as the shepherd separates the sheep from the goats; 33 and He will set the sheep, indeed, on His right hand, but the goats on the left. 34 "Then will the King say to those on His right hand, 'Come, ye blessed of My Father! inherit the Kingdom prepared for you from the founding of the world:

for I hungered, and ye gave Me to eat; I thirsted, and ye gave Me drink; I was a stranger, and ye took Me in; 36 naked, and ye clothed Me; I was sick, and ye looked after Me; I was in prison, and ye came to Me.'

"Then will the righteous answer Him, saying, 'Lord, when did we see Thee hungering, and fed Thee? or thirsting, and gave Thee drink? 38 And when did we see Thee a stranger, and took Thee in; or naked, and clothed Thee? 39 And, when did we see Thee sick, or in prison, and came to Thee?'

"And, answering, the King will say to them, 'Verily I say to you, inasmuch as ye did it to one of My brethren, even the least, ye did it to Me.' 41 Then will He say also to those on the left hand, 'Depart from Me, ye accursed! into the eternal fire which was prepared for the Devil and his angels;

for I hungered, and ye did not give Me to eat; I thirsted, and ye gave Me no drink; 43 I was a stranger, and ye took Me not in; naked, and ye did not clothe Me; sick, and in prison, and ye did not look after Me.'

"Then will they also answer, saying, 'Lord, when did we see Thee hungering, or thirsting, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister to Thee?'

"Then will He answer them, saying, 'Verily I say to you, inasmuch as ye did it not to one of these least, ye did it not to Me!'

"And these shall go away into age-lasting punishment, but the righteous into age-lasting life."
