Matthew 19:13-15 - Little Children Brought To Jesus

¹³ Then little children were brought to Him, that He might put His hands on them, and pray. And the disciples rebuked them. ¹⁴ But Jesus said, Suffer the little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of the heavens. ¹⁵ And putting His hands on them, he departed thence.

¹³ And they continued to bring little children to Him, that He should touch them: but the disciples rebuked those bringing them. ¹⁴ But Jesus seeing was displeased, and said to them, Suffer the little children to come unto me; and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God. ¹⁵ Truly, I say unto you, Whosoever may not receive the kingdom of God as a little child, can not enter into it. ¹⁶ And taking them up in His arms, putting His hands on them, He continued to bless them copiously.

¹⁵ And they were indeed bringing the infants to Him, that He should touch them: but the disciples seeing rebuked them. ¹⁶ And Jesus calling them to Him, said, Suffer the little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God. ¹⁷ Truly I say unto you, whosoever may not receive the kingdom of God as a little child, can not enter into it.
