Matthew 8:14-17 - Many At Capernaum Are Healed

¹⁴ And when Jesus had come into Peter's house, he saw his wife's mother laid, and sick with a fever. ¹⁵ And he touched her hand, and the fever left her: and she arose, and ministered to them. ¹⁶ When the evening was come, they brought to him many that were possessed with demons: and he cast out the spirits with his word, and healed all that were sick; ¹⁷ That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Isaiah the prophet, saying, He himself took our infirmities, and bore our sicknesses.

²⁹ And forthwith, when they had come out of the synagogue, they entered into the house of Simon and Andrew, with James and John. ³⁰ But the mother of Simon's wife lay sick with a fever; and forthwith they tell him of her. ³¹ And he came and took her by the hand, and lifted her up; and immediately the fever left her, and she ministered to them.

³² And at evening, when the sun had set, they brought to him all that were diseased, and them that were possessed with demons. ³³ And all the city was gathered at the door. ³⁴ And he healed many that were sick with divers diseases, and cast out many demons; and suffered not the demons to speak, because they knew him.
