Matthew 18:18-20 - Prohibiting And Permitting
18 I declare unto you, "whatever things ye disallow on earth, are disallow'd by heaven: and whatever ye authorize on earth, are authoriz'd by heaven." 19 I assure you, that if two of you shall live in agreement together, whatever they ask shall be granted to them by my heavenly father. 20 for where two or three are assembled in my name, there am I in the midst of them.
