Acts 7:51-53 - Resisting The Holy Spirit
51 Ye stiffnecked and uncircumcised in heart and ears, you do always resist the Holy Ghost; as your fathers did, so do ye. 52 Which one of the prophets did your fathers not persecute? and they slew those proclaiming concerning the coming of the Righteous One, whose betrayers and murderers you became: 53 who received the law in the administrations of angels, and did not keep it.
