Ephesians 6:5-9 - Slaves And Masters

Ephesians 6:5-9

5 Servants, be obedient unto your carnal masters, with fear and trembling, in singleness of your hearts, as unto Christ: 6 not with service in the eyesight, as men-pleasers: but as the servants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart 7 with good will, even as though serving the Lord and not men. 8 And remember that whatsoever good thing any man doeth, that shall he receive again of the Lord, whether he be bond or free. 9 And ye masters, do even the same things unto them, putting away threatenings: and remember that even your master also is in heaven, neither is there any respect of person with him.

1 Timothy 6:1-2

1 Let as many servants as are under the yoke count their masters worthy of all honour, that the name of God, and his doctrine be not evil spoken of. 2 See that they which have believing masters despise them not because they are brethren: but so much the rather do service, forasmuch as they are believing and beloved and partakers of the benefits. These things teach and exhort.
