2 Thessalonians 2:13-17 - Stand Firm And Hold Fast
13 But we ought always to give thanks to God for you, brethren beloved of the Lord; because God hath from the beginning chosen you to salvation, through sanctification of the Spirit, and belief of the truth: 14 to which He hath called you by our gospel, to the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ. 15 Therefore, brethren, be steady, and hold fast the traditions, which ye have been taught, whether by word or by our letter.
16 And may our Lord Jesus Christ himself, and our God and Father, who hath loved us, and hath given us everlasting consolation, and good hope through grace, comfort your hearts, 17 and establish you in every good word and work.
