Jude 1:12-19 - The Apostates' Doom

These men are spots in love feasts, when they feast with you, feeding themselves without fear. They are clouds without water, carried about of winds: withered autumnal trees without fruit; twice dead; rooted out; 13 raging waves of the sea, foaming out their own shame; wandering stars, for whom the blackness of darkness for ever is reserved.

Now, Enoch, the seventh from Adam, prophesied, indeed, concerning these men; saying, "Behold, the Lord comes with his myriads of holy angels, 15 to pass sentence on all, and to convict all the ungodly among them, of all their deeds of ungodliness; which they have impiously committed; and of all the hard things which ungodly sinners have spoken against him."

These are murmurers, and complainers, who walk according to their own lusts; and their mouths speak great swelling words. They admire persons for the sake of gain.

But, beloved, remember the words which were spoken by the Apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ; 18 that they said to you, that in the last time there would be scoffers walking according to their own ungodly lusts. 19 These be they who separate themselves, sensual, not having the Spirit.
