Matthew 24:29-31 - The Arrival Of The Son Of Man
29 And immediately after the distress of those days will the sun be darkened, and the moon will not give her light, and the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken.
30 And then will appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven; and all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and will see the Son of man coming upon the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. 31 And he will send forth his angels with a great trumpet, and they will gather his chosen from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.
24 But in those days, after that distress, the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give her light; 25 and the stars will be falling from heaven, and the powers that are in the heavens will be shaken.
26 And then will they see the Son of man coming in the clouds with great power and glory. 27 And then will he send forth the angels, and will gather the chosen ones from the four winds, from the uttermost part of the earth to the uttermost part of heaven.
25 And there will be signs in the sun and moon and stars; and on the earth distress of nations, in perplexity at the roaring of the sea and waves; 26 mens hearts failing them from fear, and from looking for those things which are coming on the world; for the powers of the heavens will be shaken. 27 And then will they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. 28 And when these things begin to come to pass, look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.
