Deuteronomy 4:41-43 - The Narrative Concerning Cities Of Refuge
41 Then Moses severed three cities on the other side Jordan toward the sun rising, 42 that he should flee thither which had killed his neighbour unawares and hated him not in time past, and therefore should flee unto one of the same cities and live: 43 Bezer in the wilderness, even in the plain country, among the Reubenites; and Ramoth in Gilead among the Gadites; and Golan in Bashan among the Manassites.
