Revelation 21:1-8 - The New Heaven, New Earth, And New Jerusalem
1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth; for the former heaven and the former earth had passed away: and the sea was no more. 2 And I saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven, from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
3 And I heard a great voice out of heaven, saying: Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them: and they shall be his people, and God himself will be with them, their God. 4 And he will wipe every tear from their eyes, and there shall be no more death; neither shall there be any more sorrow, nor crying, nor pain; for the former things have passed away.
5 And he that sat upon the throne said: Behold, I make all things new. And he said to me: Write, for these words are true and faithful. 6 And he said to me: It is done; I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. To him that thirsts, I will give of the fountain of the water of life freely. 7 He that overcomes, shall inherit these things, and I will be his God, and he shall be my son. 8 But the fearful, and the unbelieving, and the detestable, and murderers and lewd persons and sorcerers and idolaters and all liars, shall have their part in the lake that burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death.
