Matthew 13:47-52 - The Parable Of The Dragnet

⁴⁷ Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a net that is cast into the sea, and that gathers of every kind: ⁴⁸ when it is full, they draw it to the shore; and sitting down, they collect the good into vessels, but throw the bad away. ⁴⁹ So shall it be in the end of the age: the angels shall come forth and separate the wicked from among the just, ⁵⁰ and cast them into the furnace of fire: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

⁵¹ Jesus said to them: Have you understood all these things? They said to him: Yes, Lord.

⁵² He said to them: Therefore, every scribe that is trained for the kingdom of heaven, is like the master of a house, who brings out of his treasury things new and old.
