Matthew 7:1-6 - The Sermon On The Mount: On Judging Others

1 Judge not, that you may not be judged yourselves; 2 for as you judge so you will be judged, and the measure you deal out to others will be dealt out to yourselves. 3 Why do you note the splinter in your brother's eye and fail to see the plank in your own eye? 4 How can you say to your brother, 'Let me take out the splinter from your eye,' when there lies the plank in your own eye? 5 You hypocrite! take the plank out of your own eye first, and then you will see properly how to take the splinter out of your brother's eye. 6 Do not give dogs what is sacred and do not throw pearls before swine, in case they trample them under foot and turn to gore you.
