Revelation 6:5-6 - The Third Seal
5 When he broke the third seal, I heard the third animal say, "Come!" And there I saw a black horse, and its rider had a pair of scales in his hand, 6 and I heard a voice which seemed to come from the midst of the four animals say, "Wheat at a dollar a quart, and barley three quarts for a dollar, but you must not injure the oil and wine!"
