Luke 22:35-38 - The Two Swords

³⁵ And he said to them, When I sent you without purse, or bag, or sandals, were ye in need of anything? And they said, Of nothing. Then he said to them,

³⁶ But now, he that hath a purse, let him take it, and likewise a bag; and he that hath not, let him sell his garment, and buy a sword. ³⁷ For I say to you, that this which is written must be accomplished in me: "And he was reckoned among transgressors." For that which concerneth me also hath an end.

³⁸ And they said, Lord, behold, here are two swords. And he said to him, It is enough!
