And I will appoint youths as their princes, and children shall rule over them.

and said to him, Hearest thou what these say? And Jesus says to them, Yea; have ye never read, Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings thou hast perfected praise?

For every one that partakes of milk is unskilled in the word of righteousness, for he is a babe;
