And Pharaoh commanded the same day the taskmasters of the people, and their H7860, saying,

And the taskmasters of the people went out, and their H7860, and they spake to the people, saying, Thus saith Pharaoh, I will not give you straw.

And the H7860 of the children of Israel, which Pharaoh's taskmasters had set over them, were beaten, and demanded, Wherefore have ye not fulfilled your task in making brick both yesterday and to day, as heretofore?

Then the H7860 of the children of Israel came and cried unto Pharaoh, saying, Wherefore dealest thou thus with thy servants?

And the H7860 of the children of Israel did see that they were in evil case, after it was said, Ye shall not minish ought from your bricks of your daily task.

And the LORD said unto Moses, Gather unto me seventy men of the elders of Israel, whom thou knowest to be the elders of the people, and H7860 over them; and bring them unto the tabernacle of the congregation, that they may stand there with thee.

So I took the chief of your tribes, wise men, and known, and made them heads over you, captains over thousands, and captains over hundreds, and captains over fifties, and captains over tens, and H7860 among your tribes.

Judges and H7860 shalt thou make thee in all thy gates, which the LORD thy God giveth thee, throughout thy tribes: and they shall judge the people with just judgment.

And the H7860 shall speak unto the people, saying, What man is there that hath built a new house, and hath not dedicated it? let him go and return to his house, lest he die in the battle, and another man dedicate it.

And the H7860 shall speak further unto the people, and they shall say, What man is there that is fearful and fainthearted? let him go and return unto his house, lest his brethren's heart faint as well as his heart.
