Asher » Tribe of: census of, by families
Among the children of Asher, their generation, in their kindreds and houses of their fathers - when they were summed by name, from twenty years and above, all that were apt to war - were numbered in the tribe of Asher forty one thousand and five hundred.
The children of Asher in their kindreds were: Imnah, of whom cometh the kindred of the Imnites; and Ishvi, of whom cometh the kindred of the Ishvites; and of Beriah cometh the kindred of Beriites. And the children of Beriah were Heber, of whom cometh the kindred of the Heberites; and of Malchiel came the kindred of the Malchielites. And the daughter of Asher was called Sarah. read more.
