Asshur » Son of shem, and ancestor of the assyrians
The sons of Shem: Elam, and Ashur, and Arphaxad, and Lud, and Aram, and Uz, and Hul, and Gether, and Meshech,
From that land shall come forth Asshur, and shall build Nineveh, and the city Reheboth, and Calah,
Assur there and all her convocation; his graves round about him: all of them wounded, fallen by the sword.
