Count the prey that was taken of man and of animal, you and Eleazar the priest and the heads of the fathers of the congregation. And divide the prey into two parts: between those skilled in the battle, who went out to war, and between all the congregation. Take from their half and give it to Eleazar the priest, a heave offering to Jehovah. And from the sons of Israel's half you shall take one portion of fifty, of the persons, of the beeves, of the asses, of the flocks, of all kinds of animals, and give them to the Levites who keep the charge of the tabernacle of Jehovah. And Moses and Eleazar the priest did as Jehovah commanded Moses. And the prize, the rest of the spoil which the men of war had captured, was six hundred and seventy-five thousand sheep, seventy-two thousand beef cattle, sixty-one thousand asses, and thirty-two thousand persons in all, of women that had not known a man by lying with a male. And the half, the portion of those who went out to war, the number of the flock was three hundred thirty-seven thousand, five hundred; and Jehovah's tax of the sheep was six hundred and seventy-five. And the beef cattle were thirty-six thousand, of which Jehovah's tax was seventy-two. And the asses, thirty thousand, five hundred, of which Jehovah's tax was sixty-one. And the persons were sixteen thousand, of which Jehovah's tax was thirty-two persons. And Moses gave the tax, Jehovah's heave offering, to Eleazar the priest, as Jehovah commanded Moses. And of the sons of Israel's half, which Moses divided from the men who warred; even the congregation's half was three hundred thirty-seven thousand, five hundred sheep, and thirty-six thousand beef cattle, and thirty thousand and five hundred asses, and sixteen thousand persons; even of the sons of Israel's half, Moses took one portion in fifty, of man and of animal, and gave them to the Levites who kept the charge of the tabernacle of Jehovah, even as Jehovah commanded Moses.


then it shall be that when you eat of the bread of the land, you shall offer up a heave offering to Jehovah. You shall offer up a cake of the first of your dough, a heave offering, as the heave offering of the threshing-floor, so you shall lift it up. Of the first of your dough you shall give to Jehovah a heave offering in your generations.


And from it he shall offer one cake out of the whole sacrifice for a heave offering to Jehovah, to the priest that sprinkles the blood of the peace offerings; it is his.


And you shall give the right shoulder to the priest for a heave offering of the sacrifices of your peace offerings.


And you shall speak to the Levites, and you shall say to them, When you take tithes from the sons of Israel, which I have given you from them for your inheritance, then you shall offer up a heave offering of it for Jehovah, a tenth of the tithe.


Out of all your gifts you shall offer every heave offering of Jehovah, of all its fat, the holy part of it out of it.


And you shall sanctify the breast of the wave offering, and the shoulder of the heave offering, which is waved, and which is lifted from the ram of the consecration, from what is Aaron's, and from what is for his sons.


And if you bring a food offering of your firstfruits to Jehovah, green ears roasted by fire, grains of a garden, you shall bring near for a food offering your firstfruits,


And if you bring a sacrifice of a food offering baked in the oven, it shall be unleavened cakes of fine flour mixed with oil, or unleavened wafers anointed with oil.


And if your offering is a food offering in the frying pan, it shall be made of fine flour with oil.


And if your offering is a food offering on the griddle, your offering shall be of fine flour unleavened, mixed with oil.


And when anyone will offer a food offering to Jehovah, his offering shall be of fine flour. And he shall pour oil on it and put frankincense on it.


then the man shall bring his wife to the priest. And he shall bring her offering for her, the tenth of an ephah of barley meal. He shall pour no oil upon it, nor put frankincense on it, for it is an offering of jealousy, a reminding offering, bringing iniquity to mind.



And when anyone will offer a food offering to Jehovah, his offering shall be of fine flour. And he shall pour oil on it and put frankincense on it.




if the priest who is anointed sins, resulting in guilt to the people, then he shall bring for his sin, which he has sinned, a young bull, a son of the herd without blemish, to Jehovah for a sin offering.

And Aaron shall offer his young bull of the sin offering which is for himself, and make an atonement for himself and for his house.

Aaron shall come into the sanctuary this way: with a bull, a son of the herd, for a sin offering, and a ram for a burnt offering.

And he said to Aaron, Take a young calf for a sin offering, and a ram without blemish for a burnt offering, and offer before Jehovah.


And they brought out the he-goats for the sin offering before the king and the congregation. And they laid their hands on them.

when the sin is known which they have sinned against it, then the congregation shall bring near a young bull for the sin, and bring him before the tabernacle of the congregation.

And Aaron shall bring the goat on which Jehovah's lot fell, and offer it for a sin offering.


And if he brings a lamb for a sin offering, he shall bring a female without blemish.

or if his sin which he has sinned shall be made known to him, then he shall bring his offering, a ewe of the goats, a female without blemish, for his sin which he has sinned.


or if his sin which he has sinned shall be made known to him, he shall bring his offering, a kid of the goats, a male without blemish.


If a soul commits a trespass and sins through ignorance in the holy things of Jehovah, then he shall bring for his trespass to Jehovah a ram without blemish out of the flock, together with an amount set by you, by shekels of silver, after the shekel of the sanctuary, for a trespass offering.

And he shall bring his trespass offering to Jehovah, a ram without blemish out of the flock, together with an amount set by you, for a trespass offering, to the priest.


But if he is not able to bring two turtle-doves, or two young pigeons, then he that sinned shall bring for his offering the tenth part of an ephah of fine flour for a sin offering. He shall put no oil on it, neither shall he put frankincense on it. For it is a sin offering. And he shall bring it to the priest, and the priest shall take his full handful of it, a memorial of it, and burn it on the altar, on the fire offering to Jehovah. It is a sin offering. And the priest shall make an atonement for him for his sin that he has sinned in one of these, and it shall be forgiven him. And the rest shall be the priest's, as a food offering.


And if his hand cannot reach to a lamb, then he shall bring for his trespass which he has committed, two turtle-doves or two young pigeons to Jehovah-- one for a sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering. And he shall bring them to the priest, who shall offer for the sin offering first, and shall wring off its head from its neck, but shall not divide it. And he shall sprinkle of the blood of the sin offering on the side of the altar, and the rest of the blood shall be drained at the bottom of the altar. It is a sin offering. read more.
And he shall offer the second for a burnt offering, according to the ordinance. And the priest shall make an atonement for him for his sin which he has sinned, and it shall be forgiven him.


And he shall bring his trespass offering to Jehovah for his sin which he has sinned, a female from the flock, a lamb or a doe of the goats, for a sin offering. And the priest shall make an atonement for him for his sin.


He also killed the young bull and the ram for a sacrifice of peace offerings for the people. And Aaron's sons presented to him the blood, which he sprinkled on the altar all around.

His own hands shall bring in the fire offerings of Jehovah. He shall bring the fat with the breast, so that the breast may be waved for a wave-offering before Jehovah.

And the breasts and the right shoulder Aaron waved for a wave offering before Jehovah, as Moses commanded.


And the priest shall take one male lamb and offer him for a trespass offering, and the log of oil, and wave them for a wave offering before Jehovah.

And the priest shall take the lamb of the trespass offering, and the log of oil, and the priest shall wave them for a wave offering before Jehovah.


And Moses took the breast and waved it for a wave offering before Jehovah. It was Moses' part of the ram of consecration, even as Jehovah commanded Moses.

And you shall take the breast of the ram of Aaron's consecration and wave it for a wave offering before Jehovah. And it shall be your portion.


And he shall offer the ram for a sacrifice of peace offerings to Jehovah, with the basket of unleavened bread. The priest shall offer also his food offering and his drink offering.

And the priest shall take the boiled shoulder of the ram and one unleavened cake out of the basket, and one unleavened wafer, and shall put them on the hands of the Nazarite, after his separation has been shaved.


Speak to the sons of Israel and say to them, When you have come into the land which I give to you, and shall reap the harvest of it, then you shall bring a sheaf of the firstfruits of your harvest to the priest. And he shall wave the sheaf before Jehovah to be received for you. On the next day after the sabbath the priest shall wave it.


Also you shall take from the ram the fat and the fat tail, and the fat that covers the inward parts, and the lobe on the liver, and the two kidneys and the fat on them, and the right shoulder, for it is a ram of consecration; and one loaf of bread, and one cake of oiled bread, and one wafer out of the basket of the unleavened bread that is before Jehovah.


And the priest shall wave them with the bread of the firstfruits, a wave offering before Jehovah, with the two lambs. They shall be holy to Jehovah for the priest.


Then the priest shall take the jealousy offering out of the woman's hand and shall wave the offering before Jehovah, and offer it upon the altar.
