According to their pasture, so were they filled; they were filled, and their heart was exalted; therefore have they forgotten me.
For when I shall have brought them into the land which I swore unto their fathers, that flows with milk and honey; and they shall have eaten and filled themselves, and grown fat; then will they turn unto other gods, and serve them, and provoke me, and break my covenant.
But Jeshurun grew fat, and kicked: you are grown fat, you are grown thick, you are covered with fatness; then he forsook God who made him, and lightly esteemed the Rock of his salvation.
How shall I pardon you for this? your children have forsaken me, and sworn by them that are no gods: when I had fed them to the full, they then committed adultery, and assembled themselves by troops in the harlots' houses.
When you have eaten and are full, then you shall bless the LORD your God for the good land which he has given you. Beware that you forget not the LORD your God, in not keeping his commandments, and his judgments, and his statutes, which I command you this day: Lest when you have eaten and are full, and have built fine houses, and dwelt in them; read more.
And when your herds and your flocks multiply, and your silver and your gold is multiplied, and all that you have is multiplied; Then your heart be lifted up, and you forget the LORD your God, who brought you forth out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage; Who led you through that great and terrible wilderness, in which were fiery serpents, and scorpions, and thirsty land, where there was no water; who brought you forth water out of the rock of flint; Who fed you in the wilderness with manna, which your fathers knew not, that he might humble you, and that he might test you, to do you good in the end; And you say in your heart, My power and the might of my hand has gotten me this wealth. But you shall remember the LORD your God: for it is he that gives you power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he swore unto your fathers, as it is this day.

Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name.
Rooted and built up in him, and established in the faith, as you have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving.
Giving thanks unto the Father, who has made us fit to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light:
And let them sacrifice the sacrifices of thanksgiving, and declare his works with rejoicing.
When you have eaten and are full, then you shall bless the LORD your God for the good land which he has given you.
In everything give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.
