Which say, It is not near; let us build houses: this city is the caldron, and we be the flesh. Therefore prophesy against them, prophesy, O son of man. Ye have multiplied your slain in this city, and ye have filled the streets thereof with the slain. Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Your slain whom ye have laid in the midst of it, they are the flesh, and this city is the caldron: but I will bring you forth out of the midst of it. Ye have feared the sword; and I will bring a sword upon you, saith the Lord GOD. And I will bring you out of the midst thereof, and deliver you into the hands of strangers, and will execute judgments among you. But Jesus did not commit himself unto them, because he knew all men, And needed not that any should testify of man: for he knew what was in man.

For I know your manifold transgressions and your mighty sins: they afflict the just, they take a bribe, and they turn aside the poor in the gate from their right.

For mine eyes are upon all their ways: they are not hid from my face, neither is their iniquity hid from mine eyes.
If I sin, then thou markest me, and thou wilt not acquit me from mine iniquity.
For though thou wash thee with nitre, and take thee much soap, yet thine iniquity is marked before me, saith the Lord GOD.
And they consider not in their hearts that I remember all their wickedness: now their own doings have beset them about; they are before my face.

Moreover the spirit lifted me up, and brought me unto the east gate of the LORD'S house, which looketh eastward: and behold at the door of the gate five and twenty men; among whom I saw Jaazaniah the son of Azur, and Pelatiah the son of Benaiah, princes of the people.
And the Spirit of the LORD fell upon me, and said unto me, Speak; Thus saith the LORD; Thus have ye said, O house of Israel: for I know the things that come into your mind, every one of them.
And he put forth the form of an hand, and took me by a lock of mine head; and the spirit lifted me up between the earth and the heaven, and brought me in the visions of God to Jerusalem, to the door of the inner gate that looketh toward the north; where was the seat of the image of jealousy, which provoketh to jealousy.
Afterwards the spirit took me up, and brought me in a vision by the Spirit of God into Chaldea, to them of the captivity. So the vision that I had seen went up from me.

Hide me from the secret counsel of the wicked; from the insurrection of the workers of iniquity:
For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil.
For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved.
In the day when God shall judge the secrets of men by Jesus Christ according to my gospel.

Who can understand his errors? cleanse thou me from secret faults.
Then said he unto me, Son of man, hast thou seen what the ancients of the house of Israel do in the dark, every man in the chambers of his imagery? for they say, The LORD seeth us not; the LORD hath forsaken the earth.
Shall not God search this out? for he knoweth the secrets of the heart.
For it is a shame even to speak of those things which are done of them in secret.
Fear them not therefore: for there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; and hid, that shall not be known.
For nothing is secret, that shall not be made manifest; neither any thing hid, that shall not be known and come abroad.
