Hearing » Who does not hear God
He who is of God hears the sayings of God. Because of this ye do not hear, because ye are not of God.
And it shall come to pass, when ye shall say, Why has LORD our God done all these things to us? Then thou shall say to them, Just as ye have forsaken me, and served foreign gods in your land, so ye shall serve strangers in a land t Declare ye this in the house of Jacob, and publish it in Judah, saying, Hear now this, O foolish people, and without understanding, who have eyes, and see not, who have ears, and hear not:

Understanding » Those that are void of understanding
A man void of understanding strikes hands, and becomes surety in the presence of his neighbor.
In the lips of him who has discernment wisdom is found, but a rod is for the back of him who is void of understanding.
