And Gad, Reuben, and half the tribe of Manasseh have received their inheritance beyond Jordan Eastward, which Moses the servant of the LORD gave them." And the men arose and went their way. And Joshua charged them that went to describe the land saying, "Hence, and go through the land and describe it, and come again to me hither: and I will cast lots for you before the LORD in Shiloh." And the men departed, and walked through the land and described it by cities into seven parts in a book, and returned to Joshua unto the host at Shiloh. And Joshua cast lots for them in Shiloh before the LORD, and there he divided the land unto the children of Israel, to each their portion.

And they set them up the carved image which Micah made, all the while that the house of God was in Shiloh.
