At that time, Yahweh said to Joshua, "Make flint knives, and circumcise again the children of Israel the second time."

At that time, Yahweh said to Joshua, "Make flint knives, and circumcise again the children of Israel the second time." Joshua made himself flint knives, and circumcised the children of Israel at the hill of the foreskins.
