Thematic Bible: Jozachar and jozabad

The remnant of the acts of Jehoash and all he did, are written in the Chronicles of the Kings of Judah. And his own servants arose and wrought treason, and slew Jehoash in the house Millo, in the way down to Silla. Jozacar the son of Shimeath and Jehozabad the son of Shomer, his servants, smote him that he died. And they buried him with his fathers in the city of David. And Amaziah his son reigned in his stead.

And as soon as the kingdom was settled in his hand, he slew his servants that killed the king his father.
