And speak unto the children of Israel, saying, 'Whosoever curseth his God, shall bear his sin: And he that blasphemeth the name of the LORD, shall die for it: all the multitude shall stone him to death. And the stranger as well as the Israelite if he curse the name, shall die for it.'
