So he came again to Cana in Galilee, where he had made the water wine. And at Capernaum there was an official whose son was sick. When he heard that Jesus had come from Judea to Galilee, he went to him and begged him to come down and heal his son, for he was at the point of death. The official said to him, "Sir, come down before my child dies." Jesus said to him, "Go; your son will live." The man believed the word that Jesus spoke to him and went his way. As he was going down, his servants met him and told him that his son was living. And all the crowd sought to touch him, for power came from him and healed them all.
Wherever he entered, into villages, cities, or the country, they laid the sick in the marketplaces, and begged him that they might touch even the fringe of his garment. And as many as touched him were made well.
God did extraordinary miracles by the hands of Paul, so that handkerchiefs or aprons were even carried from his body to the sick, and diseases left them and the evil spirits went out.

He took her by the hand and said to her, "Talitha cumi!" which means, "Little girl, I say to you, arise." Immediately the girl stood up and walked (she was twelve years of age). And they were overcome with great amazement. He strictly charged them that no one should know this, and told them to give her something to eat.
