And as Jesus passed on from thence, he saw a man, named Matthew, sitting at the customhouse; and he saith to him, Follow me. And he arose and followed him.
And after these things he went out, and saw a publican named Levi, sitting at the customhouse; and he said to him, Follow me. And leaving everything, he arose and followed him.
And he went forth again to the lake; and all the multitude came to him, and he taught them. And passing along, he saw Levi, the son of Alphaeus, sitting at the customhouse; and he saith to him, Follow me. And he arose and followed him.

And great multitudes came to him, having with them those who were lame, blind, dumb, maimed, and many others; and they laid them down at his feet, and he healed them;
In the mean time, when the multitude was gathered together in myriads, so that they trod one upon another, he began to say to his disciples first, Beware of the leaven of the Pharisees, which is hypocrisy.
And again a multitude cometh together, so that they could not so much as eat bread.
And great multitudes followed him from Galilee and Decapolis and Jerusalem and Judaea, and from beyond the Jordan.
