The man flung away his outer garment, sprang to his feet, and came to Jesus. "What shall I do for you?" said Jesus. "Rabboni," replied the blind man, "let me recover my sight." "Go," said Jesus, "your faith has cured you." Instantly he regained his sight, and followed Him along the road.
As they were leaving Jericho, an immense crowd following Him, two blind men sitting by the roadside heard that it was Jesus who was passing by, and cried aloud, "Sir, Son of David, pity us."
