And on the morrow, Moses said unto the people, "Ye have sinned a great sin. But now I will go up unto the LORD, to wit whether I can make an atonement for your sin."
"Also the tenth day of the self seventh month, is a day of atonement, and shall be a holy feast unto you, and ye shall humble your souls and offer sacrifice unto the LORD. Moreover ye shall do no work the same day, for it is a day of atonement to make an atonement for you before the LORD your God.
Wherefore David said unto them, "What shall I do for you? and wherewith shall I content you that ye may bless the inheritance of the LORD?"
