" 'As for a man who marries a woman and her mother, that [is] depravity; they shall burn him and them, so that it shall not become depravity in the midst of you [all].
You must not expose the nakedness of a woman and her daughter, or her son's daughter, or her daughter's daughter; you must not take [her as wife] to expose her nakedness; they [are] {close relatives}--that [is] wickedness.
'Cursed be the one who lies with his mother-in-law.' And all the people shall say, 'Amen.'
