For the cloud of LORD was upon the tabernacle by day, and there was fire therein by night, in the sight of all the house of Israel, throughout all their journeys. Verse ConceptsHousesGod Appearing In FireDuring The Day

And LORD went before them by day in a pillar of cloud, to lead them the way, and by night in a pillar of fire, to give them light, that they might go by day and by night. The pillar of cloud by day, and the pillar of fire by night departed not from before the people.

And on the day that the tabernacle was reared up the cloud covered the tabernacle, even the tent of the testimony, and at evening it was upon the tabernacle, as it were the appearance of fire, until morning. So it was always: the cloud covered it, and the appearance of fire by night. And whenever the cloud was taken up from over the tent, then after that the sons of Israel journeyed. And in the place where the cloud abode, there the sons of Israel encamped. read more.
At the commandment of LORD the sons of Israel journeyed, and at the commandment of LORD they encamped. As long as the cloud abode upon the tabernacle they remained encamped. And when the cloud tarried upon the tabernacle many days, then the sons of Israel kept the charge of LORD, and did not journey. And sometimes the cloud was a few days upon the tabernacle, then according to the commandment of LORD they remained encamped, and according to the commandment of LORD they journeyed. And sometimes the cloud was from evening until morning, and when the cloud was taken up in the morning, they journeyed, or [if] by day and by night, when the cloud was taken up, they journeyed. Whether it was two days, or a month, or a year, that the cloud tarried upon the tabernacle, abiding on it, the sons of Israel remained encamped, and did not journey, but when it was taken up, they journeyed. At the commandment of LORD they encamped, and at the commandment of LORD they journeyed. They kept the charge of LORD, at the commandment of LORD by Moses.

In the second month on the fourteenth day at evening they shall keep it. They shall eat it with unleavened bread and bitter herbs. They shall leave none of it to the morning, nor break a bone of it. According to all the statute of the Passover they shall keep it. But the man who is clean, and is not on a journey, and forbears to keep the Passover, that soul shall be cut off from his people, because he did not offer the oblation of LORD in its appointed season; that man shall bear his sin. read more.
And if a stranger shall sojourn among you, and will keep the Passover to LORD, according to the statute of the Passover, and according to the ordinance of it, so shall he do. And when Moses saw that the people were broken loose, (for Aaron had let them loose for a derision among their enemies,) then Moses stood in the gate of the camp, and said, Whoever is on LORD's side, [come] to me. And all the sons of Levi gathered themselves together to him. And the sons of Israel went and did so, as LORD had commanded Moses and Aaron, so did they.

According to all that LORD commanded Moses, so the sons of Israel did all the work. And Moses saw all the work, and, behold, they had done it, as LORD had commanded, even so they had done it. And Moses blessed them.
