Thematic Bible: Prophecies concerning its destruction, by daniel

Yea, it magnified itself, even to the Prince of the host. And it took away from him the continual [burnt-offering], and the place of his sanctuary was cast down. And the host was given over [to it] together with the continual [burnt-offering] through transgression. And it cast down truth to the ground, and it did [its pleasure] and prospered. Then I heard a holy one speaking, and another holy one said to that certain one who spoke, How long shall be the vision [of] the continual [burnt-offering], and the transgression that make desolate, to give both the sanctuary and t read more.
And he said to me, To two thousand and three hundred evenings [and] mornings. Then the sanctuary shall be cleansed. And it came to pass, when I, even I Daniel, had seen the vision, that I sought to understand it, and, behold, there stood before me [someone] as the appearance of a man.

For ships of Kittim shall come against him. Therefore he shall be grieved, and shall return, and have indignation against the holy covenant, and shall do [his pleasure]. He shall even return, and have regard to those who forsake th And forces shall stand on his part, and they shall profane the sanctuary, even the fortress, and shall take away the continual [burnt-offering], and they shall set up the abomination that makes desolate.
