Return to my correction! Look, I will pour out my spirit on you, and I will make my words known to you. "Because I called out to you and you refused to respond I appealed, but no one paid attention because you neglected all my advice and did not want my correction, I will laugh at your calamity. I will mock when what you fear comes, when what you dread comes like a storm, and your calamity comes on like a whirlwind, when distress and anguish come upon you. "Then they will call out to me, but I will not answer; they will seek me diligently, but they will not find me. "Because they hated knowledge and did not choose the fear of the LORD; they did not want my advice, and they rejected all my correction. They will eat the fruit of their way, and they will be filled with their own devices. Indeed, the waywardness of the naive will kill them, and the complacency of fools will destroy them. "But the person who listens to me will live safely and will be secure from the fear of evil."

The fear of the LORD leads to life; whoever is satisfied with it will rest, untouched by evil.

His heart is steadfast, he will not fear. In the end he will look in triumph over his enemy.
No harm overwhelms the righteous, but the wicked overflow with trouble.
He will never let your foot slip, nor will your guardian become drowsy.
In his time Judah will be delivered and Israel will dwell in safety. This is the name by which he will be known: "The LORD Our Righteousness.'
The horse may be prepared for the day of battle, but to the LORD goes the victory.
My people will live in peaceful dwellings, in secure homes and in undisturbed resting places.
