My soul is also in great anguish. But you, LORD?how long?
How long, LORD? Will you forget me forever? How long will you hide your face from me?
Lord, how long will you look on? Rescue my soul from their destruction, my precious life from the lions.
How long, LORD? Will you be angry forever? Will your jealousy burn like fire?

Iniquity » The workers of iniquity
The LORD looked down from heaven on the children of men, to see if there were any who did understand, who did seek after God. They have all gone aside. They have together become corrupt. There is none who does good, no, not one. Have all the workers of iniquity no knowledge, who eat up my people as they eat bread, and do not call on the LORD?
