She, supposing that it was the gardener, said to him, Sir, if thou hast carried him hence, tell me where thou hast laid him, and I will take him away. Jesus saith to her, Mary! Starting round, she said to him, Rabboni! that is, Master! Jesus saith to her, Touch me not; for I have not yet ascended to my Father: but go to my brethren, and tell them, I am ascending to my Father, and your Father; to my God, and your God. Mary Magdalen cometh declaring to the disciples, that she had seen the Lord, and that he had spoken these things to her.
