Thou shalt not come in to the gate of my people in the day of their misfortune; also thou shalt not look upon his evil in the day of his misfortune, and thou shalt not stretch forth upon his wealth in the day of his misfortune Thou shalt not stand upon the fork of the roads to cut off those of his escaping; and thou shalt not deliver up those remaining of his in the day of straits.
