Speak to the sons of Israel, saying, He who offers the sacrifice of his peace offerings to Jehovah, shall bring his sacrifice to Jehovah of the sacrifice of his peace offerings. His own hands shall bring in the fire offerings of Jehovah. He shall bring the fat with the breast, so that the breast may be waved for a wave-offering before Jehovah.

And if you offer a sacrifice of peace offerings to Jehovah, you shall offer it of your own free will.
