Thematic Bible: Those that are persecuted for the sake of Christ

Happy, they who have been persecuted for righteousness' sake; for, theirs, is the kingdom of the heavens. Happy, are ye, whensoever they may reproach you and persecute you, and say every evil thing against you, falsely, for my sake: Rejoice and exult, because, your reward, is great in the heavens; for, so, persecuted they the prophets who were before you.

Happy, are ye, whensoever men shall hate you, and whensoever they shall separate you, and reproach you, and cast out your name as evil, for the sake of the Son of Man: be rejoiced in that day, and leap, for lo! your reward, is great in heaven; for, according to the same things, were their fathers doing unto the prophets.
