Thematic Bible: To offer the firstfruits

Speak unto the sons of Israel and say unto them, When ye have entered into the land which I give unto you and shall reap the harvest thereof, then ye shall bring a sheaf of the firstfruits of your harvest unto the priest; and he shall wave the sheaf before the LORD that ye shall be accepted; on the day after the sabbath the priest shall wave it.

And thou shalt go unto the priest that shall be in those days and say unto him, I declare today unto the LORD thy God that I have entered into the land which the LORD swore unto our fathers to give us. And the priest shall take the basket out of thine hand and set it down before the altar of the LORD thy God.
