Thematic Bible: Were sometimes commuted

If the ox were wont to run at men in time past and it hath been told his master, and he hath not kept him, but that he hath killed a man or a woman: then the ox shall be stoned and his master shall die also. If he be set to a sum of money, then he shall give for the deliverance of his life, according to all that is put unto him.
