And this is the condemnation, that the light is come into the world, and men loved darkness more than the light because their deeds were evil. For every one that does evil hates the light, and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. But he that does truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.
But all these things when they are reproved by the light are made manifest, for the light is that which manifests everything. Therefore he saith, Awake thou that sleepest and arise from the dead, and the Christ shall shine upon thee.
