For when they shall rise from the dead, they neither marry, nor are given in marriage; but are as angels in heaven. It is a fact that the dead will be raised again. Have you not read the account of the burning bush in the book of Moses? Did you notice how God spoke to him, saying: I am the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob? read more.
He is not the God of the dead but of the living. You are greatly mistaken.

Jesus said, The sons of this age marry, and are given in marriage. Those accounted worthy to attain to that age and the resurrection from the dead, neither marry, nor are given in marriage. They cannot die anymore for they are equal to the angels. They are sons of God, being sons of the resurrection. read more.
Even Moses showed that the dead are raised when he was near the bush and he called Jehovah the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. (Exodus 3:6-14) He is not the God of the dead, but of the living: for all live for him.
