Thematic Bible: Who is immature

And I, brothers, could not address you as spiritual, but as fleshly, as infants in Christ. I fed you with milk, not solid food, for you weren't yet ready. And even now you are still not ready, for you are still fleshly. For insofar as there is jealousy, strife, and factions among you, are you not fleshly, and do you not walk in the ways of men?

About him we have many words to say, and hard to interpret, seeing you have become dull of hearing. For when by reason of the time you ought to be teachers, you again need to have someone teach you the rudiments of the first principles of the oracles of God. You have come to need milk, and not solid food. For everyone who lives on milk is not experienced in the word of righteousness, for he is a baby.
