When a holiday came and Herod on his birthday gave a banquet to his state officials, his military officers, and other leading men of Galilee, Herodias' daughter came in and danced for them, and fascinated Herod and his guests. So the king said to the girl, "Ask me for anything you want, and I will give it to you."

Then Levi gave a great reception for Him in his house, and there was a large crowd of tax-collectors and others who were at table with them.

Then the twenty-four elders and the four living creatures fell down and worshiped God who was seated on the throne, saying, "Amen! Praise the Lord!" And there came a voice from the throne, saying, "Praise our God, all you slaves of His who fear Him, great and small."

Then he said to me, "Write, 'Blessed are they who are invited to the marriage supper of the Lamb.' These," he said to me, "are the true words of God."

Then the twenty-four elders who were seated on their thrones before God fell on their faces and worshiped God, saying: "We give you thanks, Lord God Almighty, who are and were, because you have assumed your great power and begun to reign. The heathen were enraged, but now your anger has come, and the time for the dead to be judged, and for you to reward your slaves the prophets and your people, great and small, who revere your name, and to destroy the destroyers of the earth."

Then I saw something that looked like a sea of glass mixed with fire, and standing upon the sea of glass were those who had conquered the wild beast, his statue, and the number representing his name; and they had harps that God had given them. And they were singing the song of Moses, the slave of God, and the song of the Lamb: "Great and wonderful are your works, Lord God, Almighty One; upright and true your ways, O King of the ages. Who will not fear and glorify your name, O Lord? For you alone are holy. All the nations will come and worship you, because the justice of your sentences has now been shown."
