And they brought him to him: and when he saw him, immediately the spirit tore him; and he fell on the ground, and wallowed, foaming. And he asked his father, How long is it since this came to him? and he said, From a child. And often it hath cast him into the fire, and into the waters to destroy him: but if thou canst do any thing, have compassion on us, and help us. Jesus said to him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth. And immediately the father of the child cried out, and said with tears, Lord, I believe; help thou my unbelief. When Jesus saw that the people came running together, he rebuked the foul spirit, saying to him, Thou dumb and deaf spirit, I charge thee, come out of him, and enter no more into him. And the spirit cried, and rent him severely, and came out of him: and he was as one dead; so that many said, He is dead. But Jesus took him by the hand, and lifted him up; and he arose.
And when they had come to the multitude, there came to him a certain man kneeling down to him, and saying, Lord, have mercy on my son; for he is lunatic, and grievously distressed; for often he falleth into the fire, and often into the water. And I brought him to thy disciples, and they could not cure him.read more.
Then Jesus answered and said, O faithless and perverse generation, how long shall I be with you? how long shall I suffer you? bring him hither to me. And Jesus rebuked the demon, and he departed out of him: and the child was cured from that very hour.
And it came to pass, that on the next day, when they had come down from the hill, many people met him. And behold, a man of the company cried out, saying, Master, I beseech thee look upon my son: for he is my only child. And lo, a spirit taketh him, and he suddenly crieth out; and it teareth him that he foameth, and bruising him, hardly departeth from him.read more.
And I besought thy disciples to cast him out, and they could not. And Jesus answering, said, O faithless and perverse generation, how long shall I be with you, and suffer you? Bring thy son hither. And as he was yet coming, the demon threw him down, and tore him. And Jesus rebuked the unclean spirit, and healed the child, and delivered him again to his father.
As thy went out, behold, they brought to him a dumb man possessed with a demon. And when the demon was cast out, the dumb spoke: and the multitudes marveled, saying, It was never so seen in Israel.
And he was casting out a demon, and it was dumb. And it came to pass when the demon was gone out, the dumb spoke; and the people wondered.
And behold, there was a woman who had a spirit of infirmity eighteen years, and was bowed together, and could in no wise raise herself.
